Villanova University Honors Program Vocare Summer Fellowship: Expansion Project

The Vocare Summer Fellowship Expansion Project will pair students with organizations that foster civic, communal, and religious engagement, and enable them to accept unpaid internships. Students will also be offered a new fall 1-credit course that will pair them with a mentor in their field, help them connect their summer experience to their wider search for meaningful work, and introduce them to local adults who will serve as concrete professional role models. Pairing these summer work experiences with a course on vocation will widen their professional imaginations, encourage them to seek work that fosters the common good, and deepen their professional discernment.
